Skills Required

• Experience with the Unity game engine;
• Expert level experience with iOS, android full development cycle;
• Experience with development using HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript libs;
• Understanding of RESTful API;
• Experience in Source Version Controls such as (Git, SVN, etc.);
• Good understanding of Agile and startup mentality;
• Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology;
• Enjoy working under pressure and to a deadline;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Accountable, thorough and precise in their work;
• Ability to work individually or in a team to make tight deadlines;

Other Skills (not required but an assets)

• Experince with websocket;
• Experience with game networking;
• Contributed to an open source project;

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degrees in Computer science or equivalent work experience;

About Opening

WINR Games is looking for a talented Lead 2D/3D Artist with an extraordinary artistic style, an aptitude for creating vibrant and dynamic environments/characters, and outstanding skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max or Maya. This is a very fast-paced role and great career opportunity to grow with a young startup.

What you will experience

• An environment where your insight and expertise are highly valued;
• Contributing to projects from start to finish: helping to define and direct the vision of a project;
• Concepting a variety of styles and iterating to nail down the perfect look for a game;
• Collaborating with a highly motivated team to realize that vision;
• Creating a diverse range of game assets: characters, vehicles and environments;
• Working tightly with a Unity developer to create a tight cohesion between art and interface;
• Communicating with developers to ensure all assets satisfy -implementation needs;
• Producing a fun and unique game that will be enjoyed by thousands of players;

Skills Required

• Expertise with the core products in Adobe, Unity and Autodesk;
• Unique and distinctive visual style; able to produce work that is vibrant, dynamic and exciting;
• Deep understanding of key principles for creating eye-catching art on small screens;
• Flexible and collaborative personality; ability to listen and effectively incorporate feedback into designs;
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly articulate ideas;
• Passion and enthusiasm for games;

Other Skills (not required but an assets)

• Experience with 2D and 3D Animation;
• Prior work experience in the mobile gaming space;

Education and Qualifications

• Art Degrees or equivalent work experience;
